Shayne Beegadhur is a highly skilled graduate engineer currently working at L3Harris Technologies since September 2023 and serving as Chair of the Board of Trustees as well as a Trustee at the Space Science & Engineering Foundation since March 2023. With extensive experience as Engineering Programme Lead at ProEd et al. and Engineering Lead and Director at Conex Research, Shayne focuses on developing mechanical systems for spacecraft missions. A long-time volunteer for the UK Space Design Competition, Shayne has empowered over 2500 students in STEM and has a strong competitive history in various design competitions. An alum of Loughborough University with a 1st Class MEng in Aeronautical Engineering, Shayne has also interned at Orbex and held leadership roles in multiple engineering projects, showcasing expertise in aerospace and project coordination.
