Network Engineer at CoNetrix

Eric Yarbrough has a long history of work experience in various industries. From 2017 to present, they have been employed as a Network Engineer at CoNetrix, where they are responsible for day-to-day support for a variety of customers, including many financial institutions. Theirduties include AD account creation, troubleshooting issues with networking equipment and Windows Server maintenance and implementation. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Computer Technician 4 at Lubbock Christian University - Chapdesk, where they provided tier 1 technical support for faculty and students. Eric handled inbound service calls for technical support and troubleshot issues with customers over the phone, via the Internet, and in person. From 2010 to 2015, they were the OccMed and Wellness Coordinator at UMC Physician Network Services, where they hired and trained new departmental staff and trained and certified all lab staff companywide for DOT drug screens. Eric also ordered and maintained all supplies. From 2001 to 2010, they worked as a Tier 1 Account Manager at Sitel Corporation, where they assisted General Motors' customers with general concerns and/or complaints, acted as a liaison between customers and dealerships, and created cases for escalation and further review as needed.

Eric Yarbrough obtained two certifications in 2011 and 2013, respectively. The first was a DOT Drug Screen Certified from the Department of Transport in May 2011, and the second was a Breath Alcohol Technician from Allied Compliance Svc in December 2013. In 2014, they began attending Lubbock Christian University and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Systems and Technology.
