Donovan Mann has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as the Assistant To The Superintendent for Secondary Education at Conestoga Valley School District since November 2002. Prior to this role, Donovan was an Assistant Principal at Lower Dauphin School District from July 1998 to November 2002. Donovan holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Immaculata University, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Curriculum and Instruction from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy from Duquesne University.
