Alisha Pol has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Alisha started their career as a Wilderness Guide at Manitou Wilderness Adventures from June 2000 to September 2004. Following that, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Ten Thousand Villages Canada from January 2005 to January 2008. Alisha then joined the University of Waterloo, where they held two roles simultaneously: Research Assistant from May 2012 to January 2014 and Teaching Assistant from September 2010 to January 2014. Alisha then transitioned to the Stratford Festival, where they worked in various capacities. Alisha first served as a Health and Safety Administrator from May 2014 to August 2015. Alisha then took on the role of Revenue Fulfillment Scheduler from June 2014 to November 2016 before finally becoming the Health & Safety Coordinator from November 2016 to October 2019. Following their time at the Stratford Festival, they joined Hensall Co-op as a Human Resources / Payroll Assistant from January 2018 to October 2019. Alisha currently holds the position of Data Admin Specialist at Conestoga College, starting in October 2019.
