Saraà Baeza has a strong background in consulting and strategic management. Saraà is currently serving as the VP of Product at Conekta since July 2021. Prior to that, Saraà worked at Google as the Head of Industry - Financial Institutions from November 2018 to June 2021. Saraà also held the position of Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where they focused on operational and financial transformations in Mexico and Latam, from January 2017 to October 2018. Before this, they served as the Generation Mexico Country Manager at McKinsey Social Initiative in 2016. Saraà started their career at Schlumberger Business Consulting as a Consultant, specializing in the energy sector, from June 2008 to August 2011. Saraà also worked briefly at CEMEX as an Analyst at the Strategic Intelligence Unit, monitoring and upgrading the risk agenda for different countries in 2007.
Saraà Baeza completed their education with a Masters's degree in Management Science and Operational Research from the London School of Economics & Political Science. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Most recently, in 2021, Saraà attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business to enhance their knowledge in strategic marketing leadership with a program titled "The Emerging CMO: Strategic Marketing Leadership."
