Phillip Townsend is an accomplished professional in infrastructure engineering and operations, currently leading the Infrastructure and Datacenter Engineering team at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey since January 2016, where responsibilities include managing mission-critical infrastructure, implementing cloud services, and engineering data analytics platforms. Previously, Phillip held senior roles at KPMG, Fortress Investment Group, Moore Capital Management, Société Générale, and Quest Diagnostics, focusing on team development, infrastructure lifecycle management, data management systems, and disaster recovery planning. Phillip holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Central Florida.
