Kathleen Kiniklis, MBA, CRCR, currently serves as the Director of Physician Billing at Cone Health, a position held since September 2021. Previously, Kathleen held multiple leadership roles at Mercy Health from May 2012 to September 2021, including Director of Operations and Director of Acute Revenue Cycle, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing acute and non-acute revenue cycle activities, collaborating with executive leadership, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert in Revenue Cycle. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Beacon Partners and as Associate Director of PCU Revenue Management at MetroHealth Medical Center. Kathleen's extensive background in healthcare revenue cycle management is supported by an MBA in Marketing from Youngstown State University and a BA in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
