Rebecca Kilbourne is currently serving as Director Strategic Sourcing at Conductiv since December 2021. Previously, Rebecca held various roles at CentraCare from December 2011 to December 2021, including Manager Purchased Service Contracting, Supervisor, Purchased Service Contracting, Contract Analyst, Lead Central Processing, and Operating Room Assistant. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, obtained in the years 2014-2016, and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the same university, achieved in the years 2011-2014. Additionally, Rebecca holds an Associate of Arts - AA degree from Hibbing Community College, earned in the years 2007-2009.
