Deepa S Kumar is an experienced professional in property management and energy efficiency, currently serving as an Activation Specialist at Condo Control since November 2021. Previously, Deepa held roles as a Condominium Manager at Crossbridge Condominium Services Ltd and 360 Community Management Ltd, and as an Assistant Property Manager at Taft Forward. Prior to these positions, Deepa gained valuable experience at First Service Residential in managing large communities, and at Word Lab Asia in public engagement strategies. A background in energy management includes roles as a Green Energy Management Consultant and Project Manager for UNDP India, focusing on energy efficiency improvements in commercial buildings. Deepa holds an MBA from ICFAI, a BEng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Government College of Engineering- Kannur, and several relevant certifications.
