Haruna Ishigami is a Human Resources professional currently serving as a TA Partner at Condé Nast Japan since March 2023. Previously, Haruna held the position of Senior Recruitment Advisor at Agensi Pekerjaan Reeracoen Malaysia Sdn Bhd from April 2017 to November 2021. In this role, responsibilities included connecting companies with suitable talent, providing market insights for effective hiring, organizing corporate seminars, assisting with cross-border hiring, and improving recruitment systems to enhance candidate quality and quantity. Haruna's earlier experience includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Advisor in the same company, as well as working in Guest Relations at T.G.I. Fridays from July 2013 to December 2015. Haruna holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Aoyama Gakuin University, completed in 2016.
