Tim Bugh has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Tim started their career at Collin Creek Construction, where they served as a Business Partner/Consultant. In this role, they managed commercial construction projects for clients such as the US Marines, IBM, Walmart, and Home Depot. Tim then transitioned to Standard Renewable Energy as an Energy Efficiency Consultant, where they provided energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions to commercial, government, and residential clients.

After that, Tim worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Energy Management Analyst-Consultant. In this role, they led energy efficiency and renewable projects for Army and Air Force bases across the US, Europe, and Asia. Tim collaborated with stakeholders from the federal energy team, engineers, utilities, and the private sector to develop and execute energy projects.

Tim then joined SIA Solutions LLC as a Senior Energy Analyst, focusing on programmatic energy project management and masterplanning for the Army and Air Force. Tim managed contracts, negotiated deals, and implemented energy projects in various markets.

Following that, Tim joined Exelon as a Principal Program Manager for Smart Grid Electric Vehicle Programs. Tim spearheaded the adoption of electric vehicles for residential, commercial, institutional, and government customers. Tim also played a key role in fleet electrification efforts for various types of vehicles. During their time at Exelon, they also served as a Distribution Energy Program Manager, overseeing a $100M portfolio of power infrastructure grid reliability projects.

Before their current position, Tim worked at JLL as the Director of Energy and Sustainability Services (ESS). In this role, they developed and executed energy and sustainability strategies for Bank of America, leading the JLL ESS team across the US and India. Tim worked towards achieving energy, water, and waste reduction, LEED certification, and promoting fleet electrification to meet and exceed net-zero goals for 2030 and 2050.

Currently, Tim is working at the Concurrent Technologies Corporation as a Principal Project Developer.

Tim Bugh has a strong educational background in both advertising/marketing/computer graphics/film and computer science/digital media/music. Tim obtained a Master's degree (MA) in Advertising, Marketing, Computer Graphics, and Film from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree (BA) in Computer Science, Digital Media, and Music from the same institution. In addition to their academic degrees, Tim Bugh has also obtained several certifications. These include the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute, the Certified Demand-Side Manager (CDSM) certification from the Association of Energy Engineers, and the Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification also from the Association of Energy Engineers. Furthermore, they hold the Certified Energy Manager and NABCEP Photovoltaic Entry Level certifications, both acquired from the Association of Energy Engineers and NABCEP respectively.
