Jacob Troy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as an Advisor at Teikametrics and Senior Director of Product Management at SAP Concur since May 2020, Jacob has held several leadership roles at SAP, including directing product management for SAP Upscale Commerce. This involved managing multiple product teams to enhance merchant and customer experiences through AI-powered solutions. Previously, Jacob excelled at SessionM leading the development of a first-of-its-kind SaaS platform and held significant positions at Sapient, Fry, Magellan Interactive, Johnson & Johnson, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where impactful ecommerce strategies and products were developed. Jacob earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Management from Columbia Business School and a BA in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science from Franklin & Marshall College.
