Surendar Durairaj is an accomplished civil engineer with over 5 years of experience in precast construction and civil engineering, including 3 years in the UAE and 2 years in India. Currently serving as QA/QC Incharge and Senior Production Engineer at Concrete Technology L.L.C. since February 2014, Surendar oversees precast construction activities, plans production schedules, manages material procurement, and coordinates with various departments to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Surendar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Kongu Engineering College and is certified as a Field Concrete Inspector by the American Concrete Institute and as a Quality Control Inspector by the Precast Concrete Institute. Additionally, Surendar is licensed by the Government of Dubai Municipality as a Civil Engineer for projects of G+1 and above.
