Sidney Majalya currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Secretary at TriNet since April 2024, following a tenure as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. In addition, Sidney is a Limited Partner at both Acrew Capital (Acrew Diversity Capital Executive Fund) and Concrete Rose Capital (Concrete Rose Fund, L.P.) since 2021. Previously, Sidney held the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Risk Officer & Deputy General Counsel at Binance.US from December 2021 to November 2023, providing strategic legal and risk advice to senior leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President Legal, Chief Compliance Officer & Group Counsel at Intel Corporation, and various legal compliance and internal investigations roles at Uber. Sidney began a legal career at the United States Department of Justice's Antitrust Division and gained foundational experience at firms such as Farella Braun + Martel LLP and O'Melveny & Myers LLP. Sidney earned a JD from Columbia Law School and an AB in Government from Dartmouth College.
