David Malkowski is a seasoned project engineer with extensive experience in construction and inspection within the civil engineering sector. Currently serving as a project engineer at Concrete General, Inc., David is involved in a significant $143 million project for the Maryland State Highway Administration. Prior to this role, David spent over eight years at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, where responsibilities included leading inspection teams for major projects such as the $175 million I-95 ETL Extension and managing environmental mitigation projects. David’s career began with various positions, including construction inspector roles, and educational credentials include an associate's degree in political science from Harford Community College and studies at the University of Maryland.
