Nikol Hall, PE has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. They started their career as an Engineering Intern at Zalk Josephs Fabricators LLC in 2012, where they gained knowledge on steel fabrication and the structural design process. In 2013, they interned at Concrete Frame Associates, LLC, where they interpreted drawings, had extensive experience with AutoCAD and formwork engineering software, and performed field work. The following year, they worked as a Construction Intern at HENSEL PHELPS, where they managed subcontractors, communicated job site status, and learned general contracting basics. In 2015, Nikol returned to Concrete Frame Associates, LLC, this time as a Formwork Engineer/Project Engineer. In this role, they oversaw formwork calculations and installation drawings, selected efficient formwork systems, and executed concrete projects. Eventually, they became the Director of Engineering, leading the engineering team and coordinating the work of department staff, recruiting and training new project engineers and formwork engineers. Nikol's work experience showcases their expertise in formwork engineering, structural analysis, project management, and leadership.

Nikol Hall, PE obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, completing their education from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications, including a Level 1 Unbonded PT Installation certification from the Post-Tensioning Institute in June 2021, a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies in June 2021, and a 10-hour Construction Safety and Health certification from the US Department of Labor OSHA in October 2018.
