During a tenure at Andrade Gutierrez S.A., Rafael progressed from Engineer of Works to Coordinator of Planning, showcasing a deep understanding of project management. Early career experiences include internships at Braskem in the Ventures Directorate and TAP Portugal in Landing Gear Engineering, providing a solid foundation in engineering principles.
