Shelby Ricketts currently serves as the CEO and Legal Counsel at Concote Corporation, overseeing planning, financial management, legal affairs, marketing, and operations for a multi-plant manufacturing and distribution company with 140 employees in Texas and Monterrey, Mexico since 1999. Prior to this role, Shelby Ricketts worked as an attorney specializing in corporate law, litigation, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions at Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr from 1993 to 1999. Shelby Ricketts holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Mississippi, earned in May 1993.
