Susan J. Larson currently serves as Provost and Dean of the College at Concordia College, a position held since June 2021. Between June 2015 and June 2021, Susan was an Executive Board Member of the Council on Undergraduate Research, including a term as Executive Board President from June 2016 to June 2017. Prior to these roles, Susan held various positions at Concordia College, including Division Chair for the Sciences and Mathematics and Director of Undergraduate Research, Scholarship and National Fellowships from July 2009 to June 2019. Susan J. Larson earned a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from McMaster University between 1992 and 1997 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Manitoba, completed from 1987 to 1991.
