Sean Zimny has a diverse background in sociology and research, currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at Concordia College since January 2024, where responsibilities include teaching courses in sociology and research methods. In addition, Sean holds the position of Senior Director for Self-Directed Programs and Director of Life Sharing at Accord since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles at BridgeWorks, where Sean advanced from Analyst to Associate Director of Research & Deployment, and at The Social Research Lab as Chief Consultant. Sean's earlier positions include significant research roles with the City of Greeley and the Springtide Research Institute, as well as experience as a Field Interviewer for NORC at the University of Chicago and an intern with the United States Senate. Sean holds a Master of Arts in Applied Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Concordia College.
