Tessa Whiteside currently serves as an Information Technology Support Assistant at Concorde Entertainment Group since October 2017, providing Tier 1 IT support, overseeing Microsoft Office 365 administration, and managing user onboarding and hardware setup. Previously, Tessa held the position of Restaurant Manager, where responsibilities included staff management, payroll processing, and customer service. Prior experience includes roles as a Rental Coordinator at All Season Motorsports Inc, managing rental schedules and contracts, and as a Motor Clothes Consultant at Calgary Harley-Davidson®, focusing on merchandise sales and inventory management. Tessa is an alumna of Alberta University of the Arts, graduating in June 2017.
