Randy Kowlessar is a Senior UX Designer with extensive experience in user experience and design, currently working at Concord and HealthPartners. At Concord, Randy collaborates with Fortune 500 companies to address user challenges and create comprehensive design solutions. In the role at HealthPartners, Randy leads UX initiatives to enhance virtual healthcare products for both patients and providers. Previous experience includes contract design at Hello Randy, where Randy applied human-centered design principles to strengthen brands, and a pivotal role as a Product Designer at Venture, focused on mobile fundraising solutions. Additionally, Randy has held various marketing and communication positions, including co-founding Spindle Creative and overseeing design teams at River Valley Church.
