Jason Cloud has amassed a diverse work experience in the tech industry, starting as a Supervisor at Teleperformance in 2002, moving on to roles such as Trainer and Customer Support Center Manager, before becoming a Technical Support Lead at Concord Technologies in 2012.

Jason Cloud completed an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Science at WCCC from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they also obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Westmoreland County Community College from 1998 to 2004. In addition, they hold a certification in CompTIA A+ from CompTIA.
