Tom Becci currently serves as the Chief Executive of Concord Label Group, a position held since August 2023, where leadership encompasses the oversight of Concord’s recorded music division, including global frontline label and catalog operations. Prior to this role, Tom Becci was affiliated with Red Light Management from February 2016 to August 2023. Tom Becci also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Universal Music Group Nashville from October 2012 to December 2015, managing various operational aspects such as sales, finance, legal, and production. Earlier in career, Tom Becci served as Chief Operating Officer at Capitol Records from September 1993 to October 2012. Tom Becci earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and completed education at Bergen Catholic High School.
