Lidia K. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the music industry, currently serving as Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs at Concord since January 2018, following a tenure as Senior Director in the same department. Prior to Concord, Lidia held the position of Senior Director and Director of Legal and Business Affairs at Imagem Music Group, which was acquired by Concord in 2017. Early career roles included serving as a Legal Fellow at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, an IP Associate at Benjamin Law P.C., and positions at major law firms such as Davis Polk & Wardwell and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.
