Christian Stanton is an experienced information technology and security professional currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer and Global Head of IT at Optimizely since December 2020. In addition, Christian has held the role of Senior Compliance Consultant at BostonCOMPLY since January 2017, focusing on compliance issues across various industries. As a CIO Consultant at BostonCIO LLC since May 2014, Christian has contributed expertise in IT consulting, compliance, and strategic planning. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at CDM Smith from 2003 to 2014, where Christian held various leadership positions overseeing global IT infrastructure and managing critical projects, including the establishment of a new data center. Christian also served as IT Manager at Pixley Richards, Inc., from 1984 to 2001. Academic credentials include master's degrees in Architecture, Design, and Computation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Systems Design & Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as a bachelor's degree from Harvard University.
