Marion Coat has a diverse range of work experience. From 2015 to the present, Marion has been working at CONCORD in various roles, including Acting Head of Membership & Knowledge Management and Knowledge Management & Procurement Coordinator. Prior to that, Marion worked as an Events & Procurement Officer at CONCORD from 2016 to 2020. Marion also has experience as an Events & Administration Officer at CONCORD and as a Communication Coordinator at Poseco in 2015. In 2014, Marion worked as a Communication & Stage Manager at the International Percussion Festival. Before that, Marion was a Print & Web Communication assistant at Ouest-France in 2013. Marion's work experience also includes a Marketing Research Internship at the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Jordan (CAFRAJ) in 2011 and an Internship at Yves Rocher in 2010.

Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business in Entrepreneurship at Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology from 2012 to 2013. From 2010 to 2013, Marion Coat earned a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages with an emphasis on International Business from Université Rennes 2. Before their university studies, they completed a Bilingual Law Bachelor program at Havre from 2009 to 2010. Marion Coat's education began with receiving a High School Diploma in Language and Literary at Lycée Emile Zola Rennes.

In addition to their formal education, Marion Coat has obtained various certifications.
