Joshua Frink is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in site reliability and desktop support. Currently serving as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Concora Credit since September 2018, Joshua has held various titles including System Engineer, Senior Desktop Engineer, and Senior Help Desk Technician. Prior to this, Joshua co-owned Exploration Life Media, focusing on technology acquisition and research. Additional experience includes a role as Desktop Support Engineer I at Sports Authority and Desktop Support Services Manager at the Community College of Denver, where Joshua managed the help desk and provided specialized Macintosh support. Joshua's career began at Adams McClure in the Electronic Pre-Press division. Education includes a BFA in Communication Design from Metropolitan State University of Denver and an AAS in Graphic Design from Community College of Denver.
