Larissa Molthoff - van Keulen is a seasoned professional in people development and organizational consultancy with extensive experience in strategic HR projects. Currently serving as Manager People Development at Conclusion since April 2024, Larissa previously held multiple roles at Hot ITem from February 2017 to April 2024, including Change and Project Manager for the Belastingdienst Toeslagen and Manager of Recruitment for the entire Hot ITem Groep. Larissa founded Hot ITem Academy, which focuses on promoting a data-driven culture, and has contributed to various organizations by developing training programs and facilitating organizational changes. Larissa's background also includes roles in artist management and recruitment consultancy, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
