Grady Murphy is a seasoned healthcare operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations for West Markets at ConcertoCare, Grady has been instrumental in leading the de novo market entry of ConcertoPACE in California, managing P&L responsibilities and operations for the PACE line of business. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager at CareMore Health, where Grady oversaw a $355M P&L and co-led growth and quality initiatives, as well as roles at UCLA Health focused on process improvement and emergency management. Grady's background also includes disaster services management at the American Red Cross, showcasing a well-rounded expertise in healthcare operations, emergency planning, and organizational strategy. Grady holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Youth, Adult and Family Services and Psychology from Purdue University.
