Alice Yeh is a User Experience Designer at ConcertAI since September 2021, with a strong background in software engineering and UX design. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Optum, where Alice designed user interfaces, developed web applications using ReactJS and AngularJS, and contributed to agile methodologies. Additional expertise was gained as a UX Designer at Wedo, conducting usability analyses and creating prototypes. Earlier positions included providing technical support at Rutgers New Brunswick Computing Services and serving as an IT Helpdesk Intern at IEEE. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a certification in UI/UX Design from Springboard.
