Walter Woods is an experienced professional with a robust background in support and marketing roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Support Analyst for Concert Health since November 2021, Walter previously held positions including Service Desk Specialist at the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury and Marketing Specialist at Parman Energy. Notably, Walter spent nearly a decade at Argent Financial Group, Inc. as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, where responsibilities included graphic design, website management, video production, and social media oversight.
