Sneha Waghmare's work experience begins in 2019 when they worked as a Software Tester at Experts Logic until July 2020. Sneha then joined crescentandweb technology in July 2020 as a Software Tester until July 2021. Currently, since April 2022, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Averon Software & Services Inc.

Sneha Waghmare obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Karmaveer Dadasaheb Kannamwar Engineering College, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Before that, they completed their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) in Computer Science from Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education in 2013. Currently, they are pursuing a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Savitribai Phule Pune University, starting from 2021.
