Tiffany Watkins is an accomplished professional in the construction industry with extensive experience in development and preconstruction. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Development at Concept Companies since February 2020, Tiffany has previously held positions including Vice President of Preconstruction and Director of Preconstruction. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Estimator at KHS&S Contractors from March 2011 to February 2020 and an Estimator position at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. from December 2008 to March 2011. Tiffany obtained a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida, completing the degree from 2003 to 2008.
