Amina Saliem currently serves as the Director of Operations at Concentrix since December 2024. Prior to this role, Amina spent over four years at Amazon as an Operations Manager for Customer Services in North America, following a brief period in personal studies. Amina's career includes significant leadership positions, such as Provincial General Manager and Head of Collections and Legal Recoveries at Old Mutual South Africa, and Area Manager at Nedbank, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing retail branch networks and enhancing operational effectiveness, sales growth, and profitability. Amina holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Stellenbosch Business School, completed between 2018 and 2020.
