Liviu Popa is an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience in fleet management and transport coordination. Currently serving as Logistics Manager at CONCELEX since August 2021, Liviu oversees fleet management, budget control, and the human resources process while coordinating logistics operations. Previously held roles include Transport Manager at Ness Proiect Europe Srl and Fleet Manager positions at Truck Supply Europe, Primagaz Romania SRL, Wim Bosman, and Shell Gas Romania, where responsibilities encompassed cost control, contract negotiation, and compliance with QHSE standards. Liviu holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești and several certifications in road transport and technical inspection.
