Bogdan Marginean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and special projects management. Currently serving as Division Manager of Special Projects at CONCELEX since September 2022, Bogdan previously held the position of Division Manager and Project Manager for Infrastructure - Special Projects at PORR România from April 2007 to September 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing project costs, timelines, and quality standards to ensure organizational goals were met. Prior experience includes roles as Structural Engineer at Uctra Expert and Site Engineer at Tudor Construct. Bogdan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction Technology from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, completed in 2006.
