Awais M. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. They have held various leadership and managerial roles in different organizations. Starting in 2008, Awais worked as an Internee in Operations & Maintenance for ZONG. They then transitioned to a Support Officer role at Business Edge. In 2009, Awais joined ZONG again, this time as a Customer Services Officer. They later joined Barclays Bank PLC Pakistan as an MIS Security Coordinator. In 2011, Awais joined Altair Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where they held roles as a Digital Media Specialist & Content Coordinator and later as a Team Lead in Digital Media Management. From 2013 to 2020, they worked in a Confidential company in various roles, including Manager Operations and Manager in Digital Media Management. In 2019, Awais started working for Sybrid Private Limited as a Manager Professional Services and later became the Head Of Operations. In 2021, they also took on the role of Head of Support at Concave AGRI. Overall, Awais M. has a strong background in leadership, operations, and management roles across multiple industries.

Awais M. completed their education with various degrees in different fields. Awais earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they achieved an MS degree in Computer Science from the International Islamic University in Islamabad from 2011 to 2013. Awais also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Telecommunications and Networks from Iqra University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Furthermore, they obtained a Higher Secondary School Certificate from F.G College for Men, specializing in Mathematics, Physics, and Statistics, during the period of 2002 to 2004. Lastly, they completed their Secondary School Certificate with Science from Islamabad College for Boys from 2000 to 2002.
