Claas Dibke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations leadership. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Project Manager at CONBENE Improvement GmbH since January 2021, Claas has previously held the position of Produktionsleiter at WEINOR GMBH AND CO KG from April 2016 to December 2020, overseeing multiple departments and managing a workforce of up to 150 employees. Prior experience includes a role as Lean-Spezialist and Inhouse Consultant at Lindner Group, where Claas specialized in Lean Management and contributed to significant improvement projects, as well as project management for HVAC systems at the European Central Bank. Claas also has experience in research and development from a practice semester at Norsk Treteknisk Institutt and holds a Dipl.-Ing.
