Nam Tran Nguyen serves as Chief Operating Officer at Generate Capital, overseeing operations and the management of a diverse portfolio within a leading sustainable infrastructure company. With extensive experience in the solar energy sector, previous roles include Executive Vice President and General Manager at SunPower Corporation, where Nam led commercial solar initiatives, and Vice President of Global Business Development at First Solar, driving solar energy adoption globally. Additional leadership positions include board memberships at Generac Power Systems, Conasa Infraestrutura S.A., and Ubiquity, alongside co-founding the non-profit VietHope Inc. Nam holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Columbia University, complemented by a Fulbright Scholarship and studies at The London School of Economics.
