Brandy Porrata, COS, HCCP, has extensive experience in compliance auditing and coordination within the property management sector. At ConAm Management Corporation since June 2015, Brandy Porrata holds the position of Compliance Auditor/HUD Coordinator, managing the review and approval process for household certification files, conducting audit reviews, and providing training to community associates. Prior to this role, Brandy Porrata served as Compliance Supervisor at Richman Property Services from January 2012 to March 2015, where responsibilities included being the primary contact for compliance needs and effectively identifying and resolving compliance risks. Brandy Porrata earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Transfer Studies from Grossmont College between 2005 and 2008.
