Brett A. Stevens CPM® is an experienced real estate professional with a comprehensive background in property management. Currently serving as Vice President of Property Management at CONAM Management Corporation since January 2023, Stevens previously held the position of Vice President of Property Management at Fairfield Residential from February 2012 to January 2023. Prior roles include Regional Portfolio Manager at Essex Property Trust and Senior Regional Manager at Holland Residential, where oversight was provided for multiple properties and substantial unit counts. Additionally, Stevens has experience as a Portfolio Manager at AF Evans and as Director of Asset Management-Property Operations at SHAG, overseeing numerous real estate assets. Early in their career, Stevens served as an Operations Specialist in the U.S. Navy. Armed with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Stevens has cultivated a robust expertise in real estate operations and management.
