Amy Wangerin is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Talent at Construction Forms, Inc. since March 2021, where responsibility includes leading talent and human resource strategies for a global manufacturer. Prior to this role, Wangerin held various positions at MRA - The Management Association from 2005 to March 2021, including Director of Learning and Talent Development, Director of HR Training, and Human Resources Consultant. Wangerin's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at VJS Construction Services, Inc. and Director of Human Resources at Marcus Corporation. Wangerin holds a Master of Science in Administrative Leadership and Adult Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
