Mattia Colli Vignarelli is a PhD student at Università degli Studi di Torino, focusing on "Diritti e Istituzioni" since July 2021. In addition to academic pursuits, Mattia serves as a municipal counselor for Comune di Novara and is involved in strategic litigation as a tutor for the Human Rights Legal Clinic.
