Aaron Demorow has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications and IT industry. Aaron started their career as a Lead QA Engineer at TeleCommunication Systems, Inc., where they were responsible for testing location-based software products. Aaron then moved on to Christian Faith Center, where they served as IT Director, managing a multi-site Windows domain environment and collaborating with vendors and suppliers. Currently, they are working at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. as Director of Operations, leading a team of engineers in providing hosted services for multiple 9-1-1 software call routing platforms nationwide. Their roles at Comtech also include Operations Manager and QA Manager, where they managed teams and implemented testing and automation services for the Next Gen 9-1-1 PSAP Call Handling platform.

Aaron Demorow attended the National Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an Associates Degree in Network and Computing.
