Stephen Penner is an accomplished technology professional with a strong background in information security and support services. Currently serving as a Security Information Technology Specialist and System Administrator at Comtech (Communication Technologies) Ltd. since April 2022, Stephen previously worked at CCI Wireless as a Tier 2 Technical Support Analyst and Tier 1 Technical Support Analyst, where responsibilities included troubleshooting WAN, LAN/WLAN, and VoIP issues, as well as managing customer escalations. Stephen's experience also encompasses roles at Mount Royal University, where involvement included assisting in the START Program, and at Evans Consoles, focusing on the final assembly of custom products.
