Karoon McDowell is a skilled multimedia designer with extensive experience in character development, illustrations, and promotional graphics animations. Currently serving as the Lead Multimedia Designer at Centennial Technologies since July 2023, Karoon also holds a similar position at Comtech LLC since August 2018 and has worked at ECS as a Multimedia Designer since August 2017. Previous roles include 2D Animation and Illustration at RE:Activ Designs, LLC, and an Illustrator position at the UNC Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, where educational content for young children was developed. Early career contributions include work as a 2D Animator and Illustrator at Atlantic Creative and as an Animator and Game Designer at the CEI, along with freelance animation projects. Karoon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Design from North Carolina State University, completed in 2012.
