Jenny Cox, MS, RDN, LD has over 17 years of professional work experience. Jenny started their career as a Clinical Dietitian at Aramark @ Sequoia Hospital in 2005. After three years, they joined Aramark @ Scott & White Healthcare - Round Rock Hospital as an Assistant Director of Patient Services in 2008. Jenny then moved on to Baylor Scott & White Healthcare - Round Rock Hospital, where they worked as a Nutrition Manager from 2011 to 2012. Since 2012, they have been working at Computrition, Inc., starting as an Implementation Manager and progressing to various roles, including Project Manager, Account Relationship Manager, and Sr. Account Relationship Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Account Relationship Management at Computrition, Inc.

Jenny Cox completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences - Dietetics from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2000 to 2004. Jenny then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition/Nutritionist from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, from 2007 to 2012.
