Jamie Jones has worked in the IT field since 2006. Jamie began their career at CompuCom as an IT Analyst before joining TeamLogic IT in 2013 as a Noc Technician. At TeamLogic IT, they provided full compliment of technology solutions and support for small to medium businesses. In the same year, they joined Rudolph Technologies as an IT Support Specialist where they provided on-site support for approximately 100 users. In 2018, they moved to Data Evolution, LLC as a Remote Support Engineer. Currently, Jamie is employed at StratusPointIT as a Senior Remote Support Engineer.

Jamie Jones attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2010, and then Southern New Hampshire University from 2013 to 2014.
