Katherine Tersago is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Product Development at Computershare since August 2020, overseeing product strategy and management for the Global Plans business. Previously, Katherine led the User Experience Program at Equatex Global, executing a significant redesign of a niche banking platform and managing Agile teams. Earlier roles include independent consulting and authorship, as well as various positions at Zurich Financial Services, where responsibilities spanned global transformation programs, online marketing strategy, and underwriting knowledge management. Katherine's career began at IBM and Xpedior in knowledge management and web applications. Katherine holds a Licentiate degree in Clinical Psychology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
